By accessing and using Tandon Tax Private Limited's mobile application and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Our services include ITR Filing, GST Registration, Trademark Registration, and Accounts Management.

2. Services Provided

Tandon Tax Private Limited provides the following services:

  • ITR Filing: Income Tax Return preparation and filing for individuals and businesses
  • GST Services: GST registration, monthly/quarterly filing, and compliance management
  • Trademark Registration: Brand name search, trademark application filing, and status tracking
  • Accounts Management: Bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
  • Referral Program: Multi-level commission system for referring new clients

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information for tax filings and applications
  • Uploading genuine documents (PAN card, Aadhaar, Form 16, invoices, etc.)
  • Maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials and OTP
  • Timely payment of service fees and monthly account charges
  • Complying with all applicable tax laws and regulations

4. Service Fees & Payment

Service fees are displayed in the app for each service (ITR, GST, Trademark, Accounts). Payment must be made through approved methods. For accounts management, monthly fees are applicable as per the agreed terms. Referral commissions are calculated and paid as per the commission structure.

5. Referral & Commission Terms

Our referral program allows you to earn commissions by referring new clients. Commission rates are based on the service type and referral level. Commissions are tracked in real-time and paid as per our payment schedule. Fraudulent referrals will result in account suspension.

6. Document Handling

All documents uploaded are stored securely on our cloud servers. We retain tax documents as per Income Tax Act requirements (minimum 7 years). You can download your filed returns and certificates anytime through the app.

7. Service Delivery Timeline

We strive to process applications within the specified timelines. However, processing times may vary based on government portal availability and document verification. You will receive status updates via app notifications and SMS.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tandon Tax Private Limited shall not be liable for delays caused by government portals, incorrect information provided by users, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for tax notices arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or provide false information. Users may close their accounts subject to settlement of pending dues and legal retention requirements.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
